We can professionally sand & restore any type of hard wood, soft wood, parquet, semi solid or engineered wood floor.

Will there be much dust from the machines/process?

This is a frequent question we are asked by our customers as they have images of their home or work place being filled with dust for days. In many cases when rental equipment or lower quality machines are used this is the case. Floor Sanding Mayo however have heavily invested in their equipment and use the industry leading machines to prevent this. All our sanding equipment has been modified to hook up to our industrial vacuum system which extracts the dust straight away. They are also fitted with the highest rated hepa filters to keep the environment clean and to protect our customers health.

What type of finishes and products do you use?

95% of the time we use the latest low VOC water based products for a superior finish without the harmful toxins found in the cheaper DIY products. 

We only use professional grade finishes and products from the leading manufacturers such as Bona, Pallmann, Osmo, Treatex & Morrells. They may be slightly more expensive but they provide a far superior looking finish and much better protection.
